The Central Ohio Educational Services Center (COESC) recently conducted an evaluation of the K-12 APPLICATION, and found it to be of great value. This led to a broader adoption of the K-12 secondary education rubric, second edition. As nonprofit public agencies created by the Ohio legislature, Ohio's 17 Information Technology Centers (ITC) work collaboratively as the OECN to serve more than 1.4 million students in 980 public school districts, career centers, and community schools.
